1. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, GroupKart does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All payments must be made online.

2. Is there a minimum order value for purchases?

There is no minimum order value for purchases on GroupKart. However, shipping charges will apply based on the total order amount.

3. Are prices displayed in my local currency?

Our website may display prices in different currencies based on your location. You can change the currency preference at the top of the page.

4. What are the mode of payments that Groupkart supports?

currently we do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD). We accept the following secure payment methods:

5. Do I need to pay extra for taxes or customs?

No, the order price includes all applicable taxes and customs fees.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. If the order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to refund it. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within this timeframe.

Yes, GroupKart provides international shipping, delivering authentic Indian food products to customers worldwide. We currently deliver to three countries USA, Canada, UK and are continuously expanding. Please check our Shipping Policy for the latest updates

2.  What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days from the dispatch date, excluding customs clearance. Please note that deliveries are not processed on weekends and national holidays.

3. When will my order be dispatched?

To ensure freshness, food items are sourced on the dispatch date. Most orders are dispatched the next business day after being placed.

4. What happens if my items are damaged during transit?

We offer refunds in accordance with our Return Policy based on the extent of the damage.
